All of the possible ways you can combine the results of 2d4 have been spread out across this die following the same model as your typical dice - all of the opposite faces add up to the same number, and the high numbers are neighboring low numbers, all to keep the results of your roll statistically balanced.
Need to do a bigger heal? Just use more dice! Use 2 Healer's Kit dice to sub in for 4d4, 3 dice for 6d4, and so on. And this isn't just for potions either! Any roll that requires an even number of d4s can use a Healer's Kit die in place of 2 of them. Note that this listing is for a single d16.
