Shipping policy

Unless otherwise indicated, orders of completed dice will typically ship within 5 business days via the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive confirmation when your order is handed over to the carrier, with a tracking number as applicable. We are unable to impact or control transit times once your package is with the carrier.

International customers may be required by their local governments to pay additional customs fees or duties on items. These additional charges are beyond our control and we are unable to provide any assistance or refunds related to these charges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

**UK Customers** Due to current VAT requirements, we are unable to fully process orders through my website. Please email us detailing what you would like to order so that we can generate a custom listing on Etsy for you to complete your purchase.

**EU Customers** Starting Dec 1, we will no longer be able to accept orders to EU countries due to the new GPSR regulations going into effect. While we are confident our products meet their safety requirements, at this time it is prohibitively expensive to acquire and maintain the mandated documentation and authorized representative GPSR requires.

**Stickers Only** If your order contains only stickers, the Economy option is standard mail. If you would like your stickers to have tracking, please select another shipping option. We are unable to replace non-tracked shipments that do not arrive at their destination.

**International USPS Shipping** Please be aware that package tracking may not be available/reliable with USPS First Class International. Our local post office insists that despite the presence of a barcode and apparent tracking number on the label, this tracking is for customs use only and "not a true tracking number". If you would like guaranteed tracking, please choose either USPS Priority International or another carrier.
