Refund policy

We do not generally offer refunds on resin items or print-to-order purchases (such as mugs). Resin items are handmade and therefore may have minor flaws or color variations, and we do our best to accurately represent products in listing photos. If your package was damaged in transit or you received the incorrect item, please contact us.

Items such as stickers, keychains, glitters, etc can be returned as long as they are unused and still in their original packaging (as applicable). The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
If a refund is agreed upon we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
